piad.PAD and PIAD Collectors are brands of Prime Interior Assembly Dudek, an offering of DUDEK - Lake Zurich.

2. Scope and applicable law

This statement applies to the website piad-collectors.ch. We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and its ordinance. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable person.

3. Visiting the website, hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data in log files: IP address, date and time of access, page or file requested, volume of data transferred, browser and operating system details, and the page visited before. The purpose is the secure and stable operation of the website. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

4. Typefaces (Google Fonts)

To display fonts, the website loads web fonts through Google's web font loader (ajax.googleapis.com) and fonts.googleapis.com. Your browser connects to Google servers (Google LLC, USA, or Google Ireland Limited, Ireland) and transmits, among other things, your IP address.

5. Contact and callback forms

You can send us an inquiry through the contact form and the callback form. We process first name, surname, phone number, email address, your message, for the callback form the weekdays and time slots you select, and your agreement to this privacy policy. The details serve solely to answer your inquiry and to call you back.

The forms are received through Netlify Forms, a service of our hosting provider Netlify, Inc. (see section 3). Netlify stores the submissions on our behalf and makes them available to us in the administration area. A hidden field protects against automated submissions (spam). We delete inquiries once they are dealt with and no retention duty applies.

6. Disclosure abroad

Some of the providers named (Netlify, Google) are based in the USA or process data there. Under Swiss law the USA does not in every case offer an adequate level of data protection. We therefore rely on the providers' safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses or a certification under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where the provider holds one.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as the respective purpose requires or the law demands. The hosting provider deletes server log files after a short time. We keep inquiries for as long as handling them or a business relationship lasts and delete them afterwards, unless a statutory retention duty applies.

8. Data security

The website can be reached over an encrypted connection (TLS, shown by "https"). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Complete security when transmitting over the internet cannot be guaranteed.

9. Your rights

You may ask us for information about the personal data we process, have inaccurate data corrected and have data deleted. You may object to the processing, ask for restriction and request your data in a common electronic format. You may withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. A short message to davidhdudek@googlemail.com is enough. We usually reply within 30 days. Statutory retention duties may stand in the way of deletion.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern, Switzerland (edoeb.admin.ch).

10. Changes

We may amend this statement, for example when we change the website or the services used. The version published at the time applies.
